Boston Public Library Wedding: Album Layouts

Here are some page layouts for a 12×12″ flush mount album that I’m designing for Am & Ken. You may remember, they recently had their wedding at the Boston Public Library. I used the lightbox feature below so that you can click on the pages and see them nice and big — closer to what you’d actually see if you were holding the album.

When I design a flush mount album, I like to use lots of white space. I think the photos look best that way. I also arrange them in a way that tells a story.

Summer Weddings Update

I’ve been photographing weddings every weekend and so busy with editing, photographing, and meeting with clients that I haven’t updated my blog in a bit. Now that I’m getting caught up, I’m so excited to share all of these wonderful weddings with you as full blog features in the next few weeks. We’ll see a vegan wedding at Deerfield Academy, a wedding with the most beautiful floral designs at Belle Mer in Newport, yet another wedding at the MIT Chapel and Oleana with an adorable couple who make their own chocolates, and more.

Also, bookings for  2011 are in full swing! I’m about 25% booked for next year, which is kind of crazy scary since most of my inquiries usually come in after January of the same year. I hope I still have dates available by then!:)

Album Time

Working on a wedding album layout for Katrina and Pierre. They were married at St. Ignatius Church with a reception at the Boston Harbor Hotel.  Anyway, I thought I’d share some of the spreads. Each image below is two spreads for a 12×12″ album.

Designing albums is fun. Especially with my Sirius radio and Starbucks Via.:)
