I know there are some palm plants in these photos, but yes, this is Boston. Photographed in the Boston Public Garden. Adrienne and Rich will be married this September. Adrienne’s makeup by Dani Wagener.

When weddings and engagement sessions slow down a bit over the winter, I have time to do different kinds of photography sessions. Below are professional portraits I did for Kerri, who is a trainer at Exhale Spa in Boston’s Back Bay. Makeup by Boston makeup artist Dani Wagener.

I recently photographed Crystal and Sean’s wedding at St. Joseph’s Church and Stonehurst. A few notes about their wedding…. flowers were provided by Petalena. Makeup by Dani Wagener. Uplighting at Stonehurst provided by Boston Uplights. Crystal’s dress by La Sposa. A special thank you to Shari DeAngelo, who traveled from Philadelphia and served as second shooter.
Word to photographers: do not run while photographing. You WILL fall. At the start of the ceremony I tripped on the granite church step and broke my big toe. Thankfully it takes a while for those things to really start throbbing so soldiered on and we got some wonderful photographs.![]()

Photographing Ashley and Howard’s wedding at the Commander’s Mansion was like a dream: crowns of flowers, vintage place settings, European-inspired floral arrangements, incense, pink ruffle shoes to die for, and Ashley’s most beautiful vintage styled wedding dress.
A few notes about their wedding: The vintage china, pink crystal goblets and vintage flatware was provided by Fancy That in Walpole, Mass. Bow Street Florist in Somerville designed all of the floral arrangements. Boston makeup artist Dani Wagener did Ashley’s makeup. Catering was by Sofra Bakery in Cambridge. Before the ceremony, guests were treated to Belgian Leige waffles at an “Elevenses” — a late-morning snack time. Their wedding ceremony incorporated Eastern Orthodox rituals, which included wearing crowns.
